Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee end-to-end oil cargo logistics, including vessel chartering, loading, discharge, and transit operations.
- Coordinate closely with terminal operators, survey agents, and shipping brokers to ensure timely delivery and minimize demurrage costs.
- Monitor and manage cargo reconciliation, ensuring precise documentation and compliance with local and international oil shipping regulations.
- Proactively identify and mitigate operational risks within the supply chain, particularly during complex maritime transshipment processes.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders and service providers to ensure cost-effective and reliable logistical solutions.
- Prepare comprehensive analytical reports on logistical performance, cost metrics, and operational bottlenecks for senior management.
- Ensure strict adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies during all cargo handling activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in oil and gas logistics, tanker operations, or commodity trading logistics.
- In-depth knowledge of international maritime shipping practices, vessel types, and oil cargo documentation.
- Proven ability to manage high-pressure situations and complex supply chain disruptions.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in logistical software and data management systems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and Indonesian.
- Strong understanding of local Indonesian maritime regulations and port authority procedures.
