- Assist in preparing comprehensive project briefs and development documentation
- Support the creation of professional presentations for stakeholders and clients
- Conduct research and analysis for market trends and project feasibility
- Compile and organize project-related data, reports, and materials
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment
- Participate in project meetings and document key decisions
- Learn and apply real estate development best practices
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Business, Architecture, Engineering, or Real Estate
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Basic knowledge of real estate development principles preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Must be available for part-time internship schedule
