Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily production operations within the oleochemical plant, ensuring optimal efficiency, quality, and adherence to production schedules.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production operators and supervisors, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze production data, and implement corrective actions to achieve production targets and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant health, safety, environmental (HSE) regulations, as well as internal quality management systems (e.g., ISO, HACCP).
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional departments, including Maintenance, Quality Control, Supply Chain, and R&D, to resolve issues and drive process enhancements.
- Manage raw material inventory, optimize material flow, and coordinate with logistics for timely delivery and dispatch of products.
- Identify and implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and waste reduction.
- Prepare comprehensive production reports, detailing performance metrics, challenges, and strategic recommendations for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or a closely related scientific or engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in production management, preferably within the oleochemical, chemical processing, or edible oil refining industry.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with a proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop production teams in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
- In-depth understanding of oleochemical production processes, equipment operation, and associated quality control procedures.
- Solid knowledge of safety, health, and environmental (SHE) regulations and experience with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to process analysis and improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong working relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for technical documentation, reporting, and global communication.
