Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct live, interactive English lessons via our digital classroom platform.
- Implement the Edukasi Carakita teaching methodology to ensure consistent learning outcomes.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive, personalized feedback.
- Develop and prepare supplemental teaching materials to enhance student engagement.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with students and administrative staff.
- Manage class schedules and attendance records accurately through our internal management system.
- Create an inclusive and supportive virtual learning environment for students of various proficiency levels.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in English Literature, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in teaching English (EFL/ESL) to diverse student groups.
- Possession of recognized teaching certifications (TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA) is highly preferred.
- Exceptional command of both spoken and written English.
- Technologically proficient with video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet, or proprietary platforms).
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with students remotely.
- Ability to work independently while adhering to company curriculum standards and schedules.
