Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise daily logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Act as the primary point of communication between local operations staff and Mandarin-speaking management.
- Monitor and optimize operational performance metrics to reduce costs and improve turnaround times.
- Ensure full compliance with local transportation regulations, safety standards, and internal company policies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments including warehousing, dispatch, and maintenance teams.
- Generate comprehensive operational reports for management review and strategy adjustment.
- Proactively identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to maintain smooth workflow continuity.
- Conduct regular team briefings to align staff with operational goals and company culture.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional proficiency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is mandatory.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an operational or supervisory role, preferably within the transport or logistics sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate multi-cultural stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
