Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and maintain sterile operating rooms according to infection control protocols
- Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments, sutures, and other supplies
- Monitor patient vital signs and physiological responses during surgery
- Administer prescribed medications and anesthesia support under physician supervision
- Document perioperative care accurately in patient records
- Provide post-operative care in recovery areas including wound assessment
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure efficient patient flow
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (S1 Keperawatan) with active nursing license
- Minimum 2 years of operating room nursing experience
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Strong knowledge of sterile techniques and surgical instrumentation
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems
