Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the collection, cleaning, and preparation of operational data for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
- Monitor staff attendance and performance logs to identify trends or areas for schedule optimization.
- Support the operations team in identifying process bottlenecks and drafting proposals for improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate documentation and databases related to logistics and supply chain workflows.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to measure the effectiveness of new operational procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and real-time reporting accuracy.
- Support administrative tasks to ensure seamless day-to-day operations across the department.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for process improvement and data analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data visualization) is essential.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Highly reliable, disciplined, and comfortable working with internal databases and tracking software.
