Gandasari Group Investama is seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Operation Bulk Carrier Vessel Manager to join our dynamic shipping and logistics division in Jakarta Selatan. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end operational efficiency of our bulk carrier fleet, ensuring safe, compliant, and cost-effective voyages.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day commercial and technical operations of bulk carrier vessels.
- Monitor vessel movements and ensure optimal route planning to maximize efficiency and minimize voyage costs.
- Liaise with port agents, terminal operators, and charterers to ensure smooth loading and discharging operations.
- Ensure full compliance with international maritime regulations, safety standards, and environmental protocols (MARPOL, SOLAS).
- Manage crew logistics, including training oversight, performance monitoring, and rotation scheduling.
- Analyze vessel performance data and provide regular reports to senior management regarding operational expenditure and productivity.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure prompt dry-docking and repair schedules are met without disrupting commercial timelines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Marine Engineering, Nautical Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in bulk carrier operations or vessel management.
- In-depth understanding of charter party agreements, Bills of Lading, and international shipping laws.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage emergency situations at sea effectively.
- Proficiency in maritime software and fleet management systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian, capable of negotiating with international stakeholders.
- Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams in the logistics sector.
