Astra Otoparts is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operation Control Staff (Head Office) to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will act as the central hub for operational efficiency, ensuring that all business processes adhere to standard operating procedures (SOP) and strict Service Level Agreements (SLA). You will be responsible for monitoring real-time operations, identifying bottlenecks in the field, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions. Tanggung Jawab

  • Monitor and oversee daily operational workflows to ensure strict compliance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or delays in the field and propose corrective actions.
  • Ensure all operational activities meet specific Service Level Agreements (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPI).
  • Coordinate closely with logistics, production, and field teams to resolve operational challenges promptly.
  • Prepare and submit regular operational reports to management, highlighting performance trends and risks.
  • Maintain accurate records of operational logs and facilitate communication between different departments.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance overall operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in operations control, logistics coordination, or supply chain management.
  • Strong understanding of SOP implementation, SLA management, and process improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across departments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
  • High level of analytical thinking and problem-solving skills under pressure.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
