Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies that align with Transcoal Pacific's overarching goals.
- Optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to increase efficiency and maintain high quality across all workstreams.
- Mentor and lead high-performing teams to improve individual and collective output.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational success and report findings to senior management.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure business continuity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless logistical coordination.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance resource allocation and cost-efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in operational management, preferably within the logistics, transport, or manufacturing industry.
- Strong background in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen).
- Proven track record of managing large teams and cross-functional projects.
- Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
