- Lead and manage end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring seamless flow from warehousing to final delivery.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Manage resources, including personnel, budget, and technology, to maximize productivity.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and IT, to align operations with business goals.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and implement sustainable solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in logistics and operations management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end logistics processes, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
- Proven track record of managing large teams and complex operational projects.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive process improvements.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and logistics management software.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
