Soochow CSSD Asset Management, a leading financial services firm with a strong presence in Asia, is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Operation Executive to join our expanding Singapore fund management team. As an Operation Executive, you will work closely with portfolio managers, traders, and support functions to ensure the seamless execution and settlement of trades, maintain accurate portfolio records, and support investor services. Your meticulous attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills will contribute directly to the efficiency and growth of our asset management platform in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full trade lifecycle, including trade confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation with brokers and custodians.
- Monitor daily cash and position exposures, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of portfolio records.
- Support the preparation of Net Asset Value (NAV) reports and investor statements.
- Liaise with external counterparties, fund administrators, and auditors to resolve operational issues.
- Assist in the onboarding of new funds, accounts, and investment products.
- Maintain and enhance operational procedures to improve efficiency and mitigate risks.
- Prepare management reporting and regulatory submissions for MAS and other relevant authorities.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects such as system upgrades and new business initiatives.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fund operations, trade settlement, or middle office functions within asset management, private banking, or a financial institution.
- Strong understanding of financial instruments (equities, fixed income, derivatives) and the trade lifecycle.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VBA knowledge is a plus).
- Experience with fund accounting systems and Bloomberg is highly advantageous.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with a sharp eye for detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing stakeholder relationships across different jurisdictions.
