Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee end-to-end daily operational workflows to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate closely with production and sales teams.
  • Monitor and optimize logistics processes to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock movements and operational reports.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and implement creative, sustainable solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure service quality standards are met.
  • Handle vendor relationships and ensure all operational supplies are adequately stocked.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in operations, logistics, or inventory management.
  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and inventory management software.
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
