Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end daily operational workflows to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate closely with production and sales teams.
- Monitor and optimize logistics processes to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements and operational reports.
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement creative, sustainable solutions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure service quality standards are met.
- Handle vendor relationships and ensure all operational supplies are adequately stocked.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in operations, logistics, or inventory management.
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and inventory management software.
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
