As an Operation Executive, you will supervise the day-to-day activities of our tank farm facilities. You will be responsible for upholding the highest safety protocols, optimizing pumping operations, and managing complex inventory records. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily tank farm operations, including loading, unloading, and transferring liquid commodities.
- Ensure all operations strictly adhere to international safety standards, local regulations, and company HSE policies.
- Monitor tank levels, pressures, and temperatures to maintain product quality and operational stability.
- Coordinate with logistics and production teams to ensure timely scheduling and fulfillment of orders.
- Perform regular facility inspections and oversee preventative maintenance tasks to minimize equipment downtime.
- Maintain accurate inventory documentation and report daily stock movements through our ERP/management systems.
- Lead and mentor a team of operators to foster a culture of safety, discipline, and high performance.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to enhance terminal efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial) or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in tank farm management, terminal operations, or petrochemical handling.
- Strong understanding of fluid mechanics, pumping systems, and pipeline operations.
- Proven ability to manage safety audits and strictly enforce HSE compliance.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work rotating shifts if required.
- Strong leadership qualities with a demonstrated track record of managing operational teams.
- Relevant safety certifications (e.g., K3/HSE) are highly preferred.
