Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and manage all vessel port calls, including scheduling and logistics planning.
- Prepare, process, and track all necessary permits and legal documentation for cargo movement.
- Liaise effectively with port authorities, customs, and third-party stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor vessel arrival and departure schedules, providing timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Manage operational reports and maintain accurate records of cargo handled under various projects.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations during cargo operations.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to prevent delays in vessel turnaround times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Transportation Management, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in shipping, port operations, or maritime logistics.
- Solid understanding of port clearance procedures and vessel documentation.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and port management software.
- Effective communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to flexible working hours as required by vessel schedules.
- Possess a proactive attitude and a high level of integrity in handling documentation.
