Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end freight forwarding operations, ensuring timely pickup and delivery of goods.
- Manage shipping documentation, including Bill of Lading, Air Waybills, and Packing Lists.
- Liaise with customs brokers, trucking vendors, and shipping lines to resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Monitor shipment status and provide proactive updates to clients regarding their cargo progress.
- Maintain accurate operational logs and electronic database records for all freight activities.
- Handle cargo insurance claims and resolve discrepancies in freight charges or documentation.
- Ensure full compliance with local logistics regulations and international shipping standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related fields.
- At least 1-3 years of proven experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations.
- Strong understanding of import/export procedures, customs clearance, and incoterms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with logistics management software.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple shipments simultaneously.
