Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end sea freight shipment processes, from booking to final delivery.
- Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, Invoices, and Packing Lists.
- Liaise with shipping lines, port authorities, and trucking vendors to ensure timely vessel scheduling.
- Handle and resolve operational discrepancies or delays to minimize impact on the supply chain.
- Maintain accurate data records within our logistics management software.
- Ensure compliance with all local maritime regulations and customs procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in sea freight operations or forwarding.
- Strong understanding of shipping documentation and import/export processes.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management systems.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to be based in Surabaya and work on-site.
