We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operation Staff to join our dynamic team in Dumai, Riau. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily vessel operations, ensuring that all logistics activities are managed with precision, safety, and efficiency.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in coordinating vessel movements, liaising with port authorities, and ensuring compliance with all maritime regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily vessel operational activities to ensure seamless turnaround times.
- Coordinate with port authorities, customs, and relevant stakeholders for vessel clearance.
- Monitor vessel scheduling and reporting, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
- Supervise cargo loading and unloading processes to ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with vessel masters, ship owners, and internal departments.
- Prepare comprehensive operational reports and logs for management review.
- Troubleshoot operational bottlenecks and implement effective solutions to minimize delays.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Maritime, Logistics, Transportation Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a shipping agency or maritime operations environment.
- Strong understanding of port operations, maritime regulations, and shipping documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a flexible, 24/7 operational schedule.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and intermediate English proficiency.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to be based in Dumai, Riau.
