Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily production operations to ensure output targets are met within scheduled timeframes.
- Monitor and analyze production performance data to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement strategies.
- Enforce strict compliance with Company Quality Standards (ISO/SOP) and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) regulations.
- Manage, mentor, and schedule production staff to maximize team productivity and morale.
- Maintain equipment operational status by coordinating with the maintenance team for preventive and corrective repairs.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to ensure seamless supply chain flow.
- Prepare accurate shift reports and performance metrics for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of production management principles, lean manufacturing, or 5S methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to solve interpersonal and technical conflicts.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and production monitoring software.
- Willingness to work in a shift pattern and reside in or relocate to Pati, Jawa Tengah.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and process optimization.
