- Act as the primary operational point of contact for assigned customers within the APAC region
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management or operational roles
- Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain, and maritime operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and other business applications
