As a key member of our operations team, you will act as the central hub of our Control Tower, monitoring shipments in real-time and resolving logistical challenges efficiently. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end delivery process, from order receipt to final delivery confirmation.
- Monitor and track shipment status in real-time to ensure timely arrivals.
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding delivery updates and schedule changes.
- Coordinate closely with dispatch, warehouse, and fleet teams to optimize routes and resources.
- Resolve delivery delays and logistical issues swiftly to maintain service levels.
- Prepare and maintain accurate operational reports and delivery logs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in logistics planning, operations, or control tower functions is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing operational demands.
