Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end logistics operations including warehousing, transportation, and distribution activities
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams to ensure high performance and compliance with SLAs
- Analyze KPIs and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with global stakeholders to ensure seamless supply chain integration and risk mitigation
- Drive digital transformation initiatives within operations through technology adoption and automation
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of operational management experience in logistics or manufacturing
- Proven track record in process optimization and cost reduction initiatives
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams of 10+ members
- Advanced proficiency in logistics management software (WMS, TMS) and ERP systems
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; international exposure preferred
- Certifications in Six Sigma, Lean Management, or Supply Chain Operations (SCOR) highly valued
