Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily operations of the maritime fleet to ensure efficiency and compliance with safety standards
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize vessel performance and reduce costs
- Coordinate with crew members, technical teams, and shore-based personnel to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor and maintain compliance with maritime regulations, industry standards, and company policies
- Manage vessel maintenance schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure optimal operational readiness
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Lead and mentor operational staff, fostering a culture of safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement
- Prepare and submit operational reports, performance metrics, and recommendations to senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maritime operations management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Valid maritime certifications and licenses required for the position
- Strong knowledge of maritime regulations, safety protocols, and industry best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage teams, budgets, and resources effectively
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in maritime operations software and Microsoft Office applications
