Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure safety, accuracy, and timely distribution of goods.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize workflow, storage capacity, and logistics efficiency.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to SOPs and performance standards.
- Maintain rigorous inventory controls, conducting regular cycle counts and identifying discrepancies for immediate resolution.
- Coordinate closely with procurement and transportation teams to streamline the supply chain process.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management to track operational success.
- Ensure full compliance with local occupational health and safety regulations at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics management role.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and managing large teams.
- Strong knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-changing environment.
- Deep understanding of safety standards and logistics best practices in the Indonesian market.
