Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive operational plans to align with production targets
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate logistics activities across supply chain
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement improvement strategies
- Coordinate with manufacturing, warehousing, and transportation teams
- Prepare detailed reports on operational KPIs and performance metrics
- Optimize resource allocation to ensure cost-effective operations
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operational planning or logistics
- Proficiency in ERP systems and planning software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
- Knowledge of Indonesian manufacturing and logistics regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
