Tanggung Jawab
- Managing and executing end-to-end customs clearance processes for import and export shipments.
- Coordinating effectively with internal teams, shipping lines, and external customs authorities to ensure timely documentation processing.
- Preparing and verifying essential shipping documents, including Bill of Lading, Packing Lists, Invoices, and PEB/PIB filings.
- Monitoring shipment status and proactively resolving any delays or clearance bottlenecks.
- Maintaining accurate digital and physical logs of all operational transactions.
- Ensuring compliance with local regulations and updated trade policies at all times.
- Providing professional support and updates to clients regarding their shipment status.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma degree (D3) in Logistics, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customs clearance and logistics operations, preferably in a freight forwarding company.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian customs regulations and documentation procedures (PPJK knowledge is a plus).
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and customs-related software systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across departments.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet strict shipment deadlines.
- Willingness to work on-site in the Jakarta Raya area.
