Are you a passionate leader with a flair for sports management? Himalaya Everest Jaya is seeking a dynamic Operational Supervisor to oversee our state-of-the-art Padel Court facilities in Jakarta Barat. As the key link between ownership and daily operations, you will be the driving force behind our strategic vision, ensuring every player experiences world-class service and facility excellence.

In this role, you will lead the charge in operational efficiency, staff management, and member satisfaction. We are looking for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the ability to implement high-level policies while maintaining a hands-on approach to daily court activity. If you are organized, customer-centric, and ready to elevate the Padel scene in Jakarta, we want to meet you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Serve as the primary liaison between ownership and on-site staff to ensure seamless daily operations.
  • Oversee facility maintenance, safety protocols, and cleanliness to meet premium standards.
  • Manage and train court staff, including instructors and reception team members.
  • Monitor and analyze operational KPIs to optimize facility scheduling and member engagement.
  • Handle high-level administrative tasks, including inventory management and facility procurement.
  • Implement strategic policies and safety initiatives defined by the Owner.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving complaints and managing member feedback.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience in operational supervision, sports facility management, or hospitality.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Strong organizational abilities with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays as required by the sports industry.
  • Proficiency in basic office software (MS Office, Google Workspace) and POS systems.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle on-site challenges effectively.
