Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for sports and operational excellence? Himalaya Everest Jaya is seeking a proactive Operational Supervisor to lead the daily functions of Padel De Luz, our premium Padel Court facility in Jakarta Barat.
In this pivotal role, you will act as the direct representative of the Owner, ensuring that our strategic vision is translated into seamless day-to-day operations. You will oversee facility maintenance, staff performance, and guest satisfaction to ensure that Padel De Luz remains the premier destination for Padel enthusiasts. We are looking for a hands-on manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a sharp eye for detail.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily court operations to ensure efficiency, cleanliness, and premium facility standards.
- Implement and enforce company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and strategic directives from the Owner.
- Manage, train, and schedule front-of-house and court maintenance staff to ensure excellent customer service.
- Coordinate court bookings, memberships, and community events to maximize facility utilization.
- Monitor facility maintenance and equipment inventory, reporting necessary repairs promptly.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and conflict resolution to maintain high service ratings.
- Compile operational reports and performance metrics for the Owner on a weekly and monthly basis.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in facility management, hospitality, or sport club operations.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing small to medium-sized teams.
- Proficiency in operational planning and hands-on site management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, to align with court peak times.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Passion for sports and familiarity with Padel or racket sports is a significant advantage.
