- Supervise daily export-import clearance activities and documentation processes
- Ensure strict compliance with customs regulations and company policies
- Lead, mentor, and develop operational teams to achieve performance targets
- Identify, analyze, and resolve operational bottlenecks and issues
- Design and implement workflow improvements for operational efficiency
- Coordinate with customs authorities, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Monitor key performance indicators and prepare operational reports
- Conduct regular process audits and implement corrective actions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operational supervision roles
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations and import/export procedures
- Proven leadership skills with team management experience
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in logistics management software and MS Office
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
