Are you detail-oriented and passionate about operational excellence? Shopee is seeking a highly analytical Operations Auditor to join our SPX Express team. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our quality assurance process, ensuring that every link in our logistics chain meets the highest standards of efficiency and reliability.
You will play a critical role in evaluating operational workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing corrective measures to enhance the customer experience. As part of a fast-paced environment, you will work cross-functionally with logistics, warehouse, and last-mile delivery teams to drive continuous improvement. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine audits of operational processes within SPX Express hubs to ensure SOP compliance.
- Analyze logistics performance metrics to identify trends, inconsistencies, or areas for improvement.
- Perform on-site inspections of warehouse and delivery operations to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
- Draft detailed audit reports and present actionable recommendations to regional management.
- Collaborate with local team leaders to implement corrective actions and process optimizations.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of newly implemented operational changes.
- Ensure all internal and external service level agreements (SLAs) are upheld through rigorous monitoring.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance, internal auditing, or logistics operations.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at different levels.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of end-to-end logistics and last-mile delivery processes is a major plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed for on-site audits.
