We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Operations & Contractual Legal Analyst to join our dynamic team in Surabaya. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the legal guardian of our operational agreements, ensuring that all domestic and international contracts adhere to strict legal standards and company policies. You will play a critical role in mitigating legal risks while facilitating smooth business operations across our manufacturing and logistics sectors. We are looking for a proactive professional who can navigate complex legal landscapes to support our growth objectives.
Tanggung Jawab
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts, including NDAs, service agreements, and supply chain contracts.
- Analyze domestic and international contracts to identify potential legal risks, compliance issues, and liability exposure.
- Ensure all agreements align with company policies and relevant local and international laws.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including operations and procurement teams, to resolve contractual disputes and manage vendor relationships.
- Conduct legal research to support business decision-making and regulatory compliance initiatives.
- Maintain and update a centralized contract database to ensure document accessibility and version control.
- Advise management on the legal implications of new business initiatives and operational changes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (S1 Hukum) with a specialization in Corporate Law or Commercial Law.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Legal Analyst, preferably within the Manufacturing or Logistics/Transportation sector.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian contract law and international trade regulations.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret complex legal terminology and translate it into actionable business insights.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal management software.
