Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily station activities and ensure optimal deployment of emergency medical resources.
- Manage administrative control processes, including documentation, shift scheduling, and equipment inventory checks.
- Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new field staff, ensuring all compliance and training requirements are met.
- Collect, analyze, and manage operational data to provide insights for workflow optimization.
- Ensure strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols across all stations.
- Liaise between frontline paramedics, management, and external stakeholders to resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Prepare regular reports on station performance, resource utilization, and incident response times.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or administrative coordination, preferably within the healthcare or emergency services sector.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and operational software.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective staff and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of emergency medical services (EMS) regulations or workforce safety standards is a distinct advantage.
