Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze complex operational data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards and reporting tools to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance overall business efficiency.
- Conduct deep-dive investigations into operational anomalies and performance variances to root cause issues.
- Present actionable insights and strategic recommendations to the Group leadership team.
- Support the implementation of data governance policies and best practices within the operations department.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide a competitive edge to the business.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations analysis, business intelligence, or data analytics roles.
- Proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large datasets and derive meaningful conclusions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
