In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency. You will be responsible for overseeing container inventory health, managing Maintenance, Repair, and Survey (MNR) activities, and ensuring the fluid coordination of vessel operations and depot activities. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and monitor end-to-end container inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
- Coordinate with depot and port authorities to streamline container loading, unloading, and storage processes.
- Supervise Maintenance, Repair, and Survey (MNR) activities to ensure all equipment meets safety and quality standards.
- Oversee vessel operation schedules and act as the primary liaison between ship agents and terminal operators.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive operational reports, identifying trends and proposing efficiency improvements.
- Ensure strict adherence to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols within the port area.
- Handle documentation related to logistics operations, including vessel arrival/departure reports and inventory logs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in maritime operations, shipping agencies, or container depot management.
- Deep understanding of container handling procedures, MNR processes, and port logistics workflows.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex data and inventory spreadsheets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective coordination with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with logistics/inventory management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain flexibility regarding operational hours in a maritime environment.
- Strong command of both Indonesian and English.
