You will work closely with port authorities, terminal operators, and internal teams to optimize vessel schedules and landside logistics. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily vessel operations and monitor landside cargo flow to ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain clear communication with port agents, customs brokers, and terminal operators to resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Prepare and process essential shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, manifests, and delivery orders.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics efficiency and report operational status to management.
- Oversee container inventory and yard management to optimize equipment utilization.
- Ensure strict adherence to company safety protocols, international maritime regulations, and local customs compliance.
- Proactively troubleshoot transit disruptions to minimize delays and costs for our clients.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in maritime logistics, freight forwarding, or port operations.
- Strong understanding of shipping documentation and international trade compliance (Incoterms, Customs regulations).
- Proficiency in logistics management software and Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel skills preferred).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement and cost optimization.
