Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and distribution
- Monitor inventory levels and implement stock optimization strategies
- Analyze logistics data to identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain accurate logistics documentation and compliance records
- Support cost reduction initiatives through efficient resource allocation
- Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in logistics or operations management
- Proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of Indonesian logistics regulations and best practices
