In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all resort activities, from guest services to facility maintenance. As the Operations Manager, you will serve as the bridge between upper management and floor operations, ensuring that all services meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You will play a key role in shaping the guest experience by ensuring that every touchpoint is seamless and memorable. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the resort to ensure seamless guest experiences and high service standards.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency, quality control, and safety compliance.
  • Manage, train, and mentor a diverse team of staff members, conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.
  • Monitor and control operational costs, including inventory management, utility usage, and vendor negotiations, to maximize profitability.
  • Coordinate with department heads (housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance) to align operational goals with the resort's overall business strategy.
  • Handle guest complaints and emergencies with professionalism, ensuring swift resolution to maintain reputation and satisfaction.
  • Prepare and analyze operational reports, including daily logs and monthly budgets, to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the hospitality or resort sector.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, manage, and develop a large team effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make quick, strategic decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with resort management software or property management systems (PMS).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings, as required by resort operations.
  • A relevant degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.
