- Lead daily operational activities across manufacturing and logistics departments

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management within manufacturing/logistics
- Proven track record of process optimization and cost reduction

- Excellent leadership abilities with team development experience
