Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the organization to ensure seamless workflow and high efficiency.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of employees, conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on projects, deadlines, and strategic objectives.
- Analyze operational data and reports to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to support operational needs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in operations management or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct a team effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business management software.
- Proven track record of process improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
