Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of farm and factory facilities to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Lead, train, and supervise a diverse team to meet production targets and maintain high-quality standards.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and safety protocols to ensure full compliance with regulations.
- Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Manage inventory levels, coordinate supply chain logistics, and schedule equipment maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to report progress, address operational issues, and coordinate inter-departmental activities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations management within the manufacturing or agricultural sector.
- Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities under pressure.
- Proficient in using operational management software and MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of local labor laws, health and safety regulations, and industry standards is essential.
