Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the hair studio to ensure seamless service delivery and an exceptional client experience.
- Lead, train, and motivate the hair styling team to meet performance targets and maintain high service standards.
- Drive retail product sales by implementing effective merchandising strategies and upselling techniques.
- Monitor and respond to online reviews and customer feedback to maintain and improve brand reputation.
- Take ownership of the recruitment process, conducting interviews and onboarding new staff members.
- Manage inventory levels of hair products and supplies, coordinating with suppliers to ensure stock availability.
- Handle client inquiries and complaints professionally to resolve issues and foster customer loyalty.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in a management role within the beauty, salon, or retail industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Demonstrated track record of driving sales and achieving KPIs in a customer-centric environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and retail operations.
- Must be available for full-time work.
