Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end customs clearance operations ensuring compliance with Indonesian regulations (PPJK)
- Optimize logistics workflows and supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Lead, mentor, and develop operations teams while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Monitor KPIs and implement strategic initiatives to boost operational performance
- Collaborate with customs authorities, clients, and internal stakeholders to resolve clearance issues
- Develop and maintain compliance frameworks for international trade documentation
- Drive digital transformation in logistics operations through technology adoption
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years in logistics operations with 2+ years in customs clearance management
- Valid PPJK (Pengelola Pelayanan Jasa Kepabeanan) certification mandatory
- Proven expertise in Indonesian customs regulations and international trade compliance
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Advanced proficiency in logistics management software and MS Office Suite
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
