Mitra Pack is currently seeking a highly motivated Operations Manager to oversee our Sea Cucumber (Teripang) cultivation operations. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our production efficiency, quality control, and team development.
As we continue to scale our operations, we are looking for a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between technical aquaculture requirements and business profitability. You will work closely with onsite teams, implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ensure that our production metrics align with our corporate growth goals. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, direct, and coordinate daily operations of the sea cucumber tambak (farm) to ensure optimal harvest yields.
- Implement and monitor SOPs for cultivation, feeding, and water quality management to maintain industry-leading production standards.
- Lead, mentor, and schedule a diverse team of field staff and technicians to foster a high-performance work culture.
- Analyze production data and generate detailed reports on stock health, growth rates, and operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and health safety regulations throughout the production process.
- Manage supply chain logistics, including procurement of feed and equipment maintenance.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase cost-efficiency and output quality.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Aquaculture, Fisheries, Marine Biology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in aquaculture management, preferably with experience in sea cucumber or similar marine commodities.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams in remote or field-based environments.
- Solid understanding of marine biology principles, water chemistry, and disease control.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting software (MS Excel, ERP systems).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
