Are you ready to lead operations in one of Bali's most dynamic tourism sectors? We are seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to join a fast-growing tourism transport startup. As a foundational hire, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our service standards and logistics efficiency.
In this position, you will oversee critical operations ranging from airport transfers and day tours to guide management. This is a hands-on role where you will take full ownership of the customer journey, managing a dedicated team of drivers and guides while handling escalations to ensure seamless experiences. We are looking for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses a keen eye for detail, and is passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality in Bali's competitive market.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily logistics and scheduling for airport transfers, private tours, and charter services.
- Manage, train, and mentor a team of professional drivers and tour guides to ensure high service quality.
- Own the end-to-end customer experience, handling inquiries and resolving escalations efficiently.
- Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to optimize operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to align transport supply with seasonal demand.
- Maintain vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure all transport assets are road-ready and compliant.
- Monitor operational costs and implement strategies to reduce waste and improve profitability.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the transportation or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of leading and managing diverse teams in a service-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations and customer escalations calmly.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential for communication with international and local clients.
- Familiarity with transport management software or fleet scheduling tools is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings.
