You will be responsible for sourcing, vendor management, and rigorous contract administration, ensuring all agreements align with corporate governance and financial targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition and RFQ/RFP issuance to contract finalization and PO placement.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to reduce operational costs without compromising on quality.
- Conduct thorough vendor audits, performance evaluations, and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
- Draft, review, and negotiate service level agreements (SLAs) and general terms and conditions for procurement contracts.
- Ensure 100% compliance with internal company policies, local regulations, and audit requirements.
- Analyze procurement data to identify trends, potential savings, and supply chain bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with internal operational teams to forecast demand and ensure timely delivery of critical materials and services.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operational procurement or contract management, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Proven expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement software platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian contract law and standard industry procurement practices.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously.
- Professional certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, or equivalent are highly desirable.
