In this role, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing our day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless coordination between our logistical processes and manufacturing output. You will be responsible for monitoring performance metrics, identifying areas for process improvement, and implementing strategies that enhance efficiency and safety across our facility. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate daily operational workflows to ensure targets are met within the manufacturing and logistics divisions.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance data to identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality production standards.
- Maintain compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on operational activities, resource utilization, and productivity.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to prevent supply chain disruptions.
- Facilitate effective communication between site management and ground-level personnel to resolve operational issues quickly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in an operational or logistics role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and experience with ERP/Inventory management software.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to foster team collaboration and maintain high levels of operational safety.
