Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end operational activities for ocean freight and domestic shipments.
- Coordinate with carriers, trucking vendors, and port authorities to ensure timely cargo movement.
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, Packing Lists, and Invoices.
- Monitor shipment milestones and proactively address any delays or discrepancies to ensure on-time delivery.
- Provide prompt and professional communication to clients regarding shipment status and operational updates.
- Maintain accurate shipment records within the company's internal management system.
- Ensure compliance with local customs regulations and logistics safety standards.
- Collaborate with internal departments to optimize freight routes and cost-efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations.
- In-depth knowledge of ocean freight procedures, shipping documentation, and domestic distribution networks.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software/ERP systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, high-performance team.
