Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate customs inspections with regulatory authorities to ensure timely clearance of imported/exported goods
- Verify customs documentation accuracy and compliance with Indonesian regulations and international trade laws
- Monitor shipment statuses and proactively resolve clearance delays through effective stakeholder communication
- Maintain detailed records of inspection processes, compliance activities, and clearance documentation
- Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and warehouse teams to synchronize customs operations
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance clearance efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Stay updated on evolving customs regulations and implement necessary procedural adjustments
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in customs operations, import/export, or logistics coordination
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs procedures and trade compliance requirements
- Proficiency in customs documentation systems and MS Office applications
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail in documentation verification
