Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and monitor daily liner shipping activities to ensure on-time performance.
- Maintain clear communication with shipping lines, port authorities, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage operational documentation, including bills of lading, manifests, and shipping schedules.
- Monitor vessel movements and troubleshoot logistical delays to minimize operational downtime.
- Collaborate with warehouse and transport teams to ensure smooth cargo handling and transshipment.
- Prepare comprehensive operational reports for management review.
- Ensure full compliance with safety standards and port regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in liner shipping, freight forwarding, or maritime logistics.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with logistics management software.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and procedural compliance.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and handle multi-tasking.
