Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily café operations including inventory management, staff scheduling, and workflow optimization
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of quality materials
- Lead and develop front/back-of-house teams through training, mentorship, and performance monitoring
- Implement and maintain operational systems for quality control, waste reduction, and cost efficiency
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards across all operational areas
- Analyze operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between kitchen, service, and administrative teams
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years in supervisory/operations management, preferably in hospitality or F&B
- Proven experience with inventory control, supplier management, and procurement systems
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of team development and motivation
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven operational decisions
- Deep understanding of café workflows, POS systems, and service standards
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and process optimization
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English; proficiency in operational software
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining service excellence
